Here to Help
In this section, we have compiled some of the frequently asked questions that we’ve received. If there’s something that we missed, please reach out and a member of our staff will get in touch with you.
What is a flexi-hub?
A flexi-hub allows you to book different half day sessions. Perhaps your young person wishes to come on a Wednesday morning but has another commitment on Wednesday afternoon. That's fine! Maybe they want to come on a Tuesday afternoon and all day Thursday. No problem! All we ask is that you stick to that same pattern for a 6 week block. If there are spaces, you may be able to book in extra sessions or change part way through a term.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time I can book?
The minimum you can book is a half day slot, either morning or afternoon, for a 6 week block. The maximum you can book is 15 hours which can be as 3 whole days, or across the 5 days.
Can I schedule a school visit?
We encourage all our potential students to come and meet us and see what they think of us and the venue before they start. Some young people feel nervous before they come and perhaps have had experiences in mainstream education which make them feel anxious about coming to us. A visit helps them to understand that we are not like a usual school and puts them at ease
Can I book a taster session?
Taster sessions are extremely useful and can help to decide if our approach is right for your child. The taster sessions are priced at £60 per half day or £100 a full day session and give a genuine and realistic experience of our provision.
How much is a session?
Our general sessions vary in price. Please contact us directly for details. We ask people to pay for the 6 week term in advance. A session is half a day long.

Our cost is different if you are booking through Devon as Alternative Provision, if you require specific, bespoke elements or if 1 to 1 supervision is required. Please discuss this with us if you are unsure.
